Repair / Condition ReportThis is an ex-municipality owned compactor that was very well maintained. All service files and oil samples are available. Upon arrival to our yard this machine was serviced and inspected for necessary repairs. The following repairs were completed:- Engine oil filter was cut open and was clean. - As preventative maintenance, new standard CAT main and rod bearings were installed and engine oil pump was rebuilt at 12984 hours. - Transmission and hydraulic filters were also clean. - Both differentials and all four planataries were also checked and levels were good and they were clean. - Center articulation was rebuilt at 12984 hours. - Rear axle oscillation was rebuilt at 12984 hours. - Blade lift cylinder rod was rechromed and resealed at 12984 hours. - New steering pins and bearings installed at 12984 hours. - New Caron caps installed at 10746 hours. - Unit was recently sandblasted, primed, painted and detailed.All necessary repairs have been completed and machine is work ready. |
